@jiridh Hmm, I'm not familiar with the IBM/Linux situation. Regarding haste: The EU DMA is pbbly as close as it gets. I think it's a direct result of how the EU had to go through lawsuits that would take years. The DMA allows them to act faster. But... it's still government...
