    @devwrite_ @AlexanderTrefz But users didn't *know* they chose a browser monopoly, they didn't *know* lots of web apps became native apps because Safari didn't support the necessary APIs (and, you know, stability). And in the early days of iOS, Safari was pretty good! It just never kept up.

        @devwrite_ @AlexanderTrefz All the EU is trying to do is get other browsers on iOS so Safari has to compete - and get better in the process. Regulators (have to) step in if a monopoly results in worse products, with no or few alternatives.
