If a reset is "hard or impossible depending on the damage", try resetting it remotely: support.google.com/accounts/answer/6160491?hl=en If that doesn't work because the phone doesn't even properly boot, try to find someone you trust and is capable of resetting it via the boot loader.

If that doesn't work: ask yourself if you'd rather spend money on a new phone or risk your phone being hacked. ....this is all very bad, btw.
