If people value the security and privacy Apple provides through the App Store so much, surely they will keep using the App Store instead of sideloading everything?

And Apple could just invest in the Safari/WebKit team, update it via the App Store instead of OS updates, etc, or just allow third party browsers on iOS. Then Apple could genuinely say devs can always use the web to offer their services to iOS customers.
