Apple shipped iOS 13 with missing features, lots of bugs, then moves the 13.1 update ahead but that still doesn't fix all bugs (like 3rd party keyboards having the ability to gain "full access" - whatever that exactly means, I'm no iOS pro dev - without user consent)On twitter.com
