        My guess is that Google Play Services (or Store) handles the Google Play System Update screen, so that would explain the differences But still. This is just weird. It's not like the System Update screen isn't readily available to just open and copy the layout.

      Damn. It gets worse; * The background color: *not* the same (one is slightly grey) * Title font: not just the size, the *font* is different (look at the 'a' in 'up to date') * Navigation bar color: not the same, either. Literally *everything* is different 😐
